fix(airgapped): correct infrastructure service names to match compose - #317

Rename redis→plane-redis, postgres→plane-db, rabbitmq→plane-mq, minio→plane-minio in the local infrastructure YAML example so they match the actual service names in docker-compose-airgapped.yml.
